I have this on pre-order, but, need to check on the 'save' feature. If it uses checkpoints, I will cancel. I hate that with a passion.
Yeah, game's are more difficult when you can't save-scum.

Yes but it's such a faithful recreation of Dragons Lair.
Replete with cartoony deaths.

I will enjoy getting Lara killed at every opportunity. This is a fun part of the game. lol.

Lookin' at you Dark Souls.

Definitely would have bought that (again) had they put even minimal effort into port.

Get the graphics patch that the community put out and it's the best version of the game. It sucks that they didn't do it themselves, but the good thing about PC games is that it's not the end of the story.

Probably just going to play this on my PS3 anyway. It feels like and Uncharted game, so I will play it on my Uncharted system.

I'm seeing a bit of inconsistency here:

MINIMUM PC REQUIREMENTS
DOS 6.0/Windows 95
Pentium 60MHz Processor
8MB RAM
SVGA Video Card
2X CD-ROM Drive

It does NOT run well on my 486...

See, was that hard? Do a little PC-specific tailoring and generate some positive buzz and presales. Lookin' at you Dark Souls.

I think this looks like fun. Not sure I'll pick it up day 1, but definitely at some point.

Already preordered. Looking forward to it.

Me too. I haven't been gaming much for a few months now, but I've been looking forward to it for a long time and I'm pretty confident it'll break my game slump.

Like Sho said, nixxes did a great job on the PC version of DX:HR (apart from a weird load-times bug that they patched out in a few days), so that bodes well.

Sadly, I have little interest in playing Lara Croft:Dragon's Lair.

Kudos to Square for making the effort rather than just a shoddy console port. I think this news seals the deal for me. I like to reward devs who give a crap about the fanbase and delivering the best experience on a particular platform.

Forgot to add a internet requirement to the PC version unless something has changed. Last I looked the game is digital distro only for PC in the US.

The PC port is being done by Nixxes, who IMHO did a good job on their PC port of DX:HR. And DX:HR used Crystal's Tomb Raider: Legend/Underworld engine, the evolution of which is powering this game as well, so they've been familiar with the technology for a while now. Bodes pretty well for a solid PC outing I think, unless the game design really interferes in some way.

Still pissed the two Tomb Raider: Underworld single-player DLCs never made it to PC,
Sho
