There's been like 4 PC shooter games in that universe. Only one of them I really liked, one of the earlier ones where you played each race as a separate but connected campaigns.
First 2 were AVP, AVP2. Second 2 were this one and the one before it (which was also confusingly called AVP, but was 2010 rather than 1999) |

Since they created their rating guide:4.0 - 4.9 - Tolerable
Tolerable means just that -- we could barely tolerate this one. The gameplay experience borders with Don't Bother, so you best be careful with these. |
