This is not a situation like Diablo 3 where they totally fuck the game up in order to drive people towards these dlc packs.
People thinking they need to farm in this game is weird. First off, there's no DLC. The content was already in the game when it shipped. They have a microtransaction store that allows you to buy what you need rather than farm it. Either approach works.
You don't need to farm in the game. You don't need to buy anything in the game. There's no need to craft items at all. If you want to, however, they've given you a couple different paths to choose.
Typical case of "this is horrible because it's EA", despite the people bitching obviously not having a clue how this works. you should have said "haters gonna hate"
so you can be like the cool kids |

EA is a joke now... I called it, for when they first discovered DLC that they would be the worst offenders next to Activision/Call of Doody.
Sort of unrelated but noticed now they just starting clearing out MoH: Warfighter for $15 at my local BestBuy |

you can't just farm regularly in many areas due to lack of respawns. I am not thinking people need to farm in this game. It's a waste of time. The people who want to spend money won't even know this exists. It's on Youtube man, anyone can find it. You don't need to save or reload either, you just walk in and out of the room, that's why its such a time saver. The game has kind of a shitty random drop component to it and you can't just farm regularly in many areas due to lack of respawns. |

| Watched the video......wouldn't it be faster to just replay part of the game that spawns lots of monsters? That didn't look like it was a very good use of time.... |

That's pretty cool of EA not to patch it out, I'm actually surprised since it gets around their microtransaction model. Maybe the cost of patching and certification isn't worth it or perhaps EA is just being altruistic, who knows! |
