No, I got her from a coworker, when she and her (full feral) mother lived under his backyard deck. She apparently bit the living shit out of him at one point (blood was literally spraying out of a finger, from his pulse) while he was trying to acclimate her to living in a house with people. But she's never done more than nip at me, and most of that is during play time.

She's very much a big chicken. She was semi-feral when I got her, she still growls and hisses a lot (5 years later) to express her current mood. It's kinda like having your own wild animal in the house.  And while she dislikes everyone else, she follows me around like a dog.
