Its a DRAFT, not the final adoption. Which means it could change. Best not to jump into it unless you get one thats upgradable to the final 801.11ad specs. IEEE is slow about those things, it could be years before its finalized. I remember same thing happening with g and n, draft came out, then took years then finally the final came out and some stuff wasn't compatible. |

Again, from what The Verge said (and they tend to be good, but I did not check this because it didn't seem worth the trouble,) the new TOS was actually less intrusive than the previous, it was just written more clearly.
So... joke's on consumers if that's true. |

As for Instagram, hahahahahahahaHAHAHAHAHAAHHAhAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. Awwww, poor lawyers, you thought to fuck over your customers with your bullshit ToS, the customers found out, and your rapid little backpedaling didn't work? WHAT A CRYING SHAME.

Sorry Instagram thats what you get! Even though Facebook has continued to grow I think all those privacy changes the last few years have stunted them as well. Its okay to aggressively monetize but why do you keep insinuating that users will one day have no control over their personal information? That's the one thing that makes people actually change their habits.
PS, Netflix is on fire. Now if only they could wrest the Critereon collection from Hulu. |
