If you buy it, do so for the idea of the game than the actual gameplay. It is a nice take on a survival game, but the mechanics are too strict and tedious.
The entire game is built around managing your stamina levels - you literally cannot breathe the air at ground level and there are specific climbing puzzles with little room for exploration or error. On top of that, there is a fair amount of combat where you are expected to die the first time, only making it through the second time when you know what is coming. Toss in the rough controls and bad targeting system and you can end up with some frustration moments.
When everything clicks in the game, I definitely like what they were going for. But when I get screwed by one of the rough mechanics, I cannot help but think the game was designed as a torture device.
With a few tweaks, I think it could have been a good game, but it definitely has a fair share of frustrations.
For $5, give it a shot only if you really like adventure/exploration games.
Tired of replaying a combat scenario to get a good roll of the dice,

| Little Inferno half off. I loved World of Goo, and so do my kids, but I'm not sure I should pick up a game that encourages burning toys... |

kb/m sucks total ass.
Gamepad isn't much better.....super clunky, hard to control at times. |

IAA is not worth it even at 1 cent. One of the most half-assed ports I've ever seen and some incredibly bad design decisions which isn't worth anyone's time expounding on. Suffice it to say that Lith bought for me for Xmas and if I could I'd dearly love to get him his money back for it. Maybe not the worst game ever made but it's a solid contender.
