His game was released on the DS almost 3 years ago, and he's still trying to sell it for almost $40. Jools needs a wake-up call instead of excuses.
The 3ds is still starving for titles for many good reasons which have nothing at all to do with piracy.
You devs want some advice? Develop for the Wii U asap.

There are plenty of reasons a sequel will for short of the original's success that have nothing to do with piracy. No, there aren't, Prez. It's CLEARLY piracy.

Indeed, as soon as my son started begging me for a device with built-in GPS and tracking software, I jumped right on it.
"Why aren't you home yet?"
"I'm still at school, working on a project."
"Really, because your phone is at your friend's house..."
"Be right home!" |

"Blah blah blah blah GAME DIDN'T SELL blah blah blah PIRACY blah blah blah... ... No, really, our game doesn't suck."
What is more accurate here, is probably that the platform is losing out to smart phones. I see elementary school kids with Androids and iPhones all the time.

| 3DS piracy is non-existent at the moment since Nintendo was actually smart about security this time so his cliched points about piracy are kind of moot. |
