If they want to fix this game drop the 90's arcade space portion and put a real space game in.
This game is fun to play for about a month or two and that is about it. None of the prospective changes will change that one iota.
As usual, EA comes off as completely clueless to what the gaming public likes. |

IF they implement the use of the Oculus Rift and ....... This....... And allow the character to have a mechanical hand like Luke and Anakin had so that the lovemaking could include those 'tender special moments of prolonged fisting'....with a Gamorrean....

I played BG2 about 15 times or so, and I "dated" Jaheira once, just to see what it was like. But yeah, she was a ridiculous nag (although once the romance began, she apologized for it and was much nicer from that point on.)
I typically went with Viconia. Aerie was always too wishy-washy for my tastes.
It was fun if you had all three of them up to a certain "romance" point, though, because it would be this huge catfight between the three of them. It was hilarious how bitchy they got to each other.

From what I have played (all the classes on both sides) there isn't a single person I'd want to fuck of the same sex. From the Mass Effect games the only 2 that I'd even consider were the gay shuttle pilot, and the beefy muscle chunk.... er... um.. Mr Vega. In ME 2 I dated Jax cause she was just so... out there, and Rebecca (the women in the white suit with the boob lines)?
But I agree the romance lines were SOOOO much better in Dragon Age Origins as I did sleep with Morrigan and Alistar. |

In BG and BG2 it took like 60 conversations to get Jaheira to fall in love with you, and it was a gradual, slow build up that felt fairly realistic. In Bioware games since then, it seems it takes four "nice" responses and boom, every girl in the game swoons over you... Or, in the case of DA2, you can be an asshole to the elven mage girl, and she'll still show up to your mansion for nookie in Act 2. I figured I'd pork her just to make Isabela jealous, and oh, hey, I guess you moved in now? Nice... Can I get rid of you? No? Great...
