EDIT: as soon as I submitted, I got an ad for painkiller addiction, so maybe there's more randomness than I thought. Unless I have an addiction I don't know about. 
Yeah, it's pretty much random. Trust me, I don't waste my time by surfing for bra and panties shit. :p
