| GMG had the BL2 DLC 50% off last Thursday as a daily deal and it stacked with their 30% off coupon. I picked it up for $10 (I had a 50 cent credit). |

The best site i found so far to get notification about game sales is http://isthereanydeal.com/
http://www.steamprices.com/ is also good, but it's only for Steam. isthereanydeal monitors bunch of other retailers as well.
You can create your own wishlist and get notification of sales for those games. |

The season pass includes the major DLC releases (2 of them right now, and will total 4). It doesn't include collectors edition stuff and slaughter dome.
The slaughter dome isn't that interesting. There's another arena like that already in all copies of the game where you can get similar awards.
The collectors dlc is just skins, and includes a rather pointless grenade thats supposed to be like fireworks.
The one big thing you will be missing if you get just the season pass, is the pre-order content, if you didn't pre-order.
However, if you get the mecromancer DLC, it includes all the pre-order stuff (like the vault hunter relic that boosts the rare drop rate, and the extra golden key) as well as the 5th class.
You can get mechromancer DLC for about $3 if you get it on a GMG sale with a coupon, as previously mentioned.
