Deep Black Online Deep Sixed

Deep Black Online is cancelled, reports German gaming site GBase.ch. We haven't heard much about this free-to-play MMO third-person shooter since it was announced by Biart Studio in Summer of 2011, and the announcement does not shed any light on the reasons the axe fell on this project, simply saying the Deep Black Online is now working on Depth Hunter 2, their recently announced underwater first-person action/adventure game.

It's always a tragedy when a free-to-play MMO gets the axe. Kind of like it's always a loss to the world when a pigeon gets hit by a bus.

Blue, GBase is based in Switzerland (though they do have a dependence in Germany). Tell some guys from Switzerland that they're German, and they'll throw the Alps at you!
Consoles? I owned two: a Pong clone and an Atari 2600. And that's it.
