The UN pushers for DPI want to make DPI a rule for ALL aswell as mandate filtering globally that means if China doesn't like something, they wanted to filter it everywhere, not just in China. So yes, the UN attempt here was to push for more control, more Shadow Government and more Bullshit. Not neutrality.
And this push came from China, Africa (bought by China) and Russia (the worlds best democracy.. lulz) in case you didn't guess that already. |

I'm sure there are selfish reasons why they did this but the UN is far worse. On the face of it, this looks like good news to me.
