Steamships Ahoy - Karateka

Steam News announces the launch of Karateka, a modernized remake of this martial arts game from Prince of Persia creator Jordan Mechner. Word is: "A karate-wrapped love story set in feudal Japan, Karateka will delight both nostalgic fans and new players as they fight to save the lovely Mariko from the evil warlord Akuma and reunite her with her True Love." The game is on sale for the first week, and there is an update on jordanmechner.com titled "Making and Remaking Karateka."

Wow very cool. Enjoyed the original!! I hope this uses music similarly to capture the same feeling.

I would have preferred a side on camera position, I think he went too far in trying to make the update more cinematic.
