Better to reign in hell in than serve heaven. Anyway, the guy sounds like he's severely fucked in the head anyway.
That's what I dislike about religion in general, you're basically asked to stop using rational thought and logic no matter what evidence is staring you in the face. Except when the applicable dogma says its ok of course. It's frustrating that so many people lack the strength to arrive at their own answers and instead use the church as soul filling claptrap. |

Well duh. He is probably at least partly retarded, and we all know how much God loves retarded people or was it the other way around?!
In any case I feel sorry for the guy. Child pornography is definitely something that should have a zero tolerance policy, but this guy sounds like someone who needs mental help not jailtime... |

Yeah, threatening the Feds: Never a Good Idea(tm). The gubmint don't take too kindly to people threatening its employees.
And yes, the guy had had a terrible ordeal to go through, but that still doesn't give you the right to make others suffer. Also, Markley? The whole threatening to have someone gangraped and tortured to death, and the whole praying that she'll be eternally dammed to Hell? Not really the thing to pray to God about. I'm sure with ideas like those, you did a fucking BANG UP job as Youth pastor.

Man, For a brief moment, I felt really sorry for the child porn guy, he had a pretty fucked up life. But then....*sigh*. He's probably a very, very angry person, and not entirely unwarranted. He got dealt a shit hand. Then he goes and writes an Xbox-Live-in-game-chat-level email to an FBI officer.
And of course, the whole child porn thing. |
