For a tablet review from a gaming focused website you'd think they would mention the Ipad Mini has half the processing power of the Nexus 7 while costing $130 more. Their benchmark says its twice as powerful (somehow) but it too is a little funny as its marked as a 1080p resolution test but none of the 7" tablets are capable of 1080p, the Ipad Mini least of all.

Apparently even Eurogamer has iSheep.

It's 1080p "off-screen" - it's not actually displayed at that resolution, that would be impossible, but the scene is rendered at that resolution internally. This means it is a comparable test of pure speed across different platforms.

I'm more surprised no one seems to want to point out the obvious.

It's the parts of a two year old tablet in a smaller frame. The iPad 2 was already a pinch behind when it was released last year, and now it's back just a little smaller. Apple marketing at its ultimate finest. Selling really old tech for bleeding edge prices
