I don't see how that's a minor, shoplifting like violation. That can have incredibly damaging results on a film, particularly if its just opening.
I'm not saying they should get 20 years or something silly but I don't see how a jail term is outside of reason and logic. The ugly truth is that many of these groups actually do profit from this, particularly the ones who turn telesyncs and advances around to foreign parties. |
