It's not incredible at all. It's like saying MS or Apple is complicit because organized crime or terrorist use their software and hardware. TPB are just providing information, nothing more or less, what people choose to do with it is what matters.

| Demonoid didn't have the infrastructure that he is proposing. He wants to build another TBP essentially. It is actually pretty incredible that TBP is still online if you think about all of the various attempts to get rid of them. They arrested them, changed legislation, raided their hosts across multiple countries, killed their DNS and yet TPB still marches on. |

| Demonoid was not based in the US and it's gone. I'm not sure how Dotcom thinks that just not being present in the US will protect him. |
