The odd time you run into a port where performance is crappier due to the devs being paid off or just not testing on AMD hardware. Saints Row the Third was the only recent exception I've seen, it just performed worse on AMD cards despite being sponsored by AMD. AMD does however have terrible OpenGL drivers.
I always just buy bang for buck, brand loyalty is pointless when product quality differs so greatly between iterations. |

I've not had any issues with ATI/AMD since Windows 7 was first released. Back then Dirt 2 crashed pretty hard until the next driver release fixed it. |

| Apart from killing Dishonored when attempting to load a saved game the beta drivers aren't really doing anything noticeable. |
