| If talking about him, usually in a degrading way, is making us his bitch -- then yeah. Somehow I don't think that's what he had in mind. |

Yes, I was being rude.
It was intended more as a dig at Romero's famous line than a dig at Brenda... but interpret it however you wish.

Its one of those I'll dump her before she dumps me so I look better things...
When you bring an unprofessional pitch, you don't get the cash. A drunk in a bar could have made a stronger kickstarter on a dirty napkin.
Zero details, then it seemed like they had to create some on the spot. Shockingly, people won't give you money for nothing sometimes, especially when John Romero's on the project. |

Sorry, I couldn't resist. I'd have backed it for $15...
...If Brenda blew me...

...so I could gleefully make a "who is whos bitch comment"...
...then again... maybe a $15 pledge would have been too much.
What if Romero blew you in front of Brenda...?
Overall that's kind of a weird comment to make about her... |

The same can't be said for Romero and crew. Yep, Double Fine has a track record of staying together and making great games over the last ten-plus years. This team that Brathwaite, Hall, and Romero have built don't really have a proven track record of making good games together. |
