Mark of the Ninja is indeed great. It actually rewards players for true ghosting (no killing, no incapacitating, no detections, no alarms). It always makes me sad when stealth games give you "Ghost" rewards or achievements for knocking people out when that is only superficially different than killing them (DX:HR and Dishonored, I'm looking at you). Leaving piles of bodies (either dead or unconscious) in your wake doesn't qualify as stealth.
