For Depressed Military Veterans, Gaming Offers a Second Chance For Improving Life… It's not just veterans; speaking from experience gaming can really help someone deal with depression. Although it should be noted that despite the title, the article actually addresses post-traumatic stress disorder, which is not the same thing as depression, though they often do go hand-in-hand. |
