This new trailer from Hotline Miami is said to be "based on a true story." The clip offers some live-action footage to offer a realistic depiction of the upcoming action game's low-resolution violence, and the result is disturbing, to say the least. Don't say you weren't warned.

Yeah the previous gameplay only trailer made it look great. A sort of strange atmospheric Taxi Driver take on madness inspired massacres. The soundtrack in the previous video rocked too. 1980s were great.

Yeah, this trailer was a little...detrimental. If you're interested in the game at all, do a youtube search for the earlier gameplay based trailers. It looks like a fun top down shooter in the vein of the game Loaded.

I think I liked it better when it stuck with the cartoon graphics/gameplay videos, as opposed to actors/fake blood.
