Dishonored Interactive Trailer

The Bethesda Blog offers a new interactive trailer from Dishonored, warning they are potentially spoiling Arkane's stealth/action game in the process: "A true choose your own adventure, the trailer offers a full series of interactive videos – including a branch that allows for a non-violent playthrough. As you make your way through the video, which was created with the help of the Twine interactive game engine, be on the lookout for hidden giveaways. Note: The video features extended content (and minor spoilers)… you’ve been warned. We also recommend viewing the video in full screen. Enjoy!"

I love the sneaking aspect, but it's the art style sealed the deal for me...

Now if I can just get one play through BL2 done by next Tuesday...

You might want to skip some or most of the side quests, because there are literally ludicrous amounts of them...

I really want to play this, but I want Xcom more.

Yeah, I'm thinking about that. I'm close to 30 hours, and while I'm really enjoying it, by nature I'm a completist, and I worry that might lead to burnout. Ideally I'd like to wrap up soon, and then come back in a month to explore what I missed and try the new class, or another class.

By the end I really got tired of the hordes and hordes of side missions. I wanted to play through all of it once so I didn't have to worry in co-op about missing stuff or not hearing part of the backstory, etc.

But they put in an absolute shitload of missions. I got my 90 side missions completed badge probably 10 hours ago, and I did at least 10 or 15 more after that...

The minimum system requirements are a little baffling.
It says a DirectX 9 capable card with 512 VRAM., then says ATI 5850 or better. I have a 4870 and it is definitely DirectX 9 capable and has 512 VRAM.
So does that mean I can run the game or not?
Just curios why they listed the 5800 series as a minimum.

Maybe a shader thing? Most likely your card will run it just fine, though, albeit with settings turned to low or something.

Minor spoilers only, according to Arkane.

Just finished Black Mesa and need to finish Torchlight 2 before this hits.

For anyone who cares, I've read online that this trailer apparently spoils one of the major missions in the game.
