(which it seems it may have done) It may be a slightly bad game, but not that bad. C'mon, Dungeon Lords review even got higher score (6.8) than this on Gamespot! Really, this is silly... I am starting to hate Gamespot and others who pull this crap which in my eyes would not do well for their reviewmanship credibility.
I bought it yesterday and put a few hours into it. The game isn't bad at all, it's just no longer survival horror, it's much more action paced. And theres not so much a "monster closet" feel like the older RE's. I'm not sure why it's getting so lowballed, though Gamespot tends to lowball shit for the sake of it more often than not. I'd give the game a solid 7.5-an 8. It has it's issues but it's certainly no 4.5 out of 10. |

Yeah, reviews have not been kind. Granted, it was a RE game, and unlike the first few, I didn't have very high expectations. But a 4.5 is still a little surprising.

They say it's RE5 with more Gears of War influence for part and more street fighter influence for part.
Given that RE5 was maybe a 6.0 I can fully see RE6 being a 4.5. |
