Once I made a new one, got a few extensions installed and it was as fast as Chrome and way more customizable. Chrome doesn't seem to have any upsides on the newer versions of Firefox since its app functionality is more limited and the speed advantage has been erased.

Same. I have Firefox so tweaked to how I want to use a browser, I'm sure the others don't have the options I have. Plus it's been rock solid secure for me.

[I haven't noticed any change with bookmarks at all. You sure there's not something else going on?

Been using Chrome for at least a couple of years now, Firefox feels clunky in comparison.
I'm sure. Do a google search about it and you'll see lots of people complaining about it.

Switched to Chrome for awhile, went back to Firefox. I had been carrying this old Firefox profile that was years old with a lot of extension shit in it.

Used to use Firefox, but found Chrome much easier to use. Don't even touch IE9, it is the first browser that hackers attack.

In terms of Chrome v. Firefox, I take a really warped way of going back and forth between them...

...seeing as I'm a naturally curious type, and a bit of a technological masochist, I run bleeding-edge versions of both (Canary for Chrome, Nightly for Firefox) and switch from one to the other when one has a build that is so exasperating to use that I have to put it aside.

So far, I've been on Chrome for the last two months (the longest streak for either browser I've had so far).

Chrome may lose another user soon, I'm considering going back to Firefox after their recent appearance modifications. They increased the blank space between entries in the bookmarks. While a seemingly small thing, it is amazingly annoying, especially since it can't be adjusted.

This thing Google has about continually mandating appearance changes in their products might in some way be understandable, but I find it annoying.
