| It's even kinda hilarious given that these clouds could be drawn by any 5 year old about the same way.. so why the artist didn't draw his own clouds.. who knows. This is one of these things where I just would like to know "how" this came to be. Maybe they had an intern do it for 0 pay... |

Yeah the clouds are the only thing though ;p No idea why they did lift that, but how is it anything but unprofessional...
At least the original artist got in the news because of it, he should be thankful  |

LOL, a silhouette with a scene inside of it is NOT copyrighted. So dear illustrator, please go away! Inspiration is taken from your artworks, if you don't like that. Don't make artworks.... sheesh (That said, 1 background element looks very identical to the original)
Still, if he gets worked up over that, he should never browse deviantart.
