| I have a love-hate relationship with Hulu Plus. On the one hand it's absolutely maddening that they don't have so many shows and those they do have so many ridiculous restrictions. For example, I can only watch certain shows on the internet - they are blocked on TV devices like Roku and tablets like the Kindle Fire. WTF???? On the other hand, I have been watching great old shows (The Pretender, Wise Guy) and new shows (Touch and Grimm) and really enjoying them. As is usually the case, I suspect that it is the ridiculously backwards, anti-progress contractual agreements drawn up by Luddites in suits that are artificially holding the service back from its true potential, but in the end it doesn't really matter. It just sucks. |
