Out of the Blue

We had a ridiculous experience this morning at Dunkin Donuts where MrsBlue and I were indulging our desire for some of their hash browns. This began with an inordinate wait with no one in front of us, followed by someone who couldn't take our order because she only takes drink orders, capped off by a "cook" who thought it was fine to just make a pile out of our hash browns rather than spread them out so their convection/microwave dealie could perform its magic, resulting a mix of scalding a frozen food, sometimes in the same bite. We have always had great experiences there, and never thought to compliment anyone, but this time around it only took us seconds to figure out how to complain, as they have an online feedback system outlined on their receipt. Oh well, they asked...

Breakfast Links: Thanks Ant and Acleacius.
Play: The Pyro Guy.
Links: This High-Tech 'Dark Knight' Home Theater Costs $2 Million.
Media: Star Wars Detours.
2 Girls 1 Cup of Coffee.
Air Duster Graffiti Prank. Funnier than I expected.
The Funnies: Brevity.

Blue, what I want to know is why in the world you ever tried the hash browns at Dunkin Donuts in the first place to learn to like them? I mean, yeah, I would buy donuts there if I needed some, but that's about it...
Truth is brutal. Prepare for pain.

Well what do you expect when employers are allowed to pay 4.25/hr for the first 90 days if the worker is under 20?

Fired up steam, came to realization. I think TF2 has to be the most patched game in history, by a ridiculously large amount. I mean it's basically daily....

Which is probably why it takes me roughly four hours to start up / load.

And another reason why I hope the world ends, but maybe not exactly in 2012.. I still got games to play!

I want my GTA5 before the world ends...

Even sadder because it is well known that besides the REAL landing they filmed the entire thing ahead of time in a studio in case something happened and simply to have better footage to show, computers didn't exactly do CGI yet in that time. And had they not done it, the footage would have been pretty boring and terribly in quality.

But to call the moon landing fake makes me realize people only read from Information available what agrees to their preconceptions. And another reason why I hope the world ends, but maybe not exactly in 2012.. I still got games to play!

Just saw that Neil Armstrong died... damn. A true, true hero. Probably THE ultimate hero of my lifetime. I know he was one of many (astronauts that is, and they were all unbelievable) but damn, he was the man.

The BALLS of those men. My god.

Well if you believe he actually stepped foot on the moon. In my books, he was a pretty good actor.

Oh FFS. You're not one of THOSE are you?

He probably saw the Star Wars Detours trailer. I know I died a little inside when I watched it.

So Blue will turn Green when angry?
