Steam News announces the release of Dark Souls: Prepare To Die Edition. the PC version of FromSoftware's action/RPG. Word is:
Prepare for a new, mysterious story, centered around the the world of Lodran, but most of all, prepare to die. You will face countless murderous traps, countless darkly grotesque mobs and several gargantuan, supremely powerful demons and dragons bosses. You must learn from death to persist through this unforgiving world. And you aren’t alone.

Hey, they brought one of my most wanted games ever to what is not only my platform of choice, but my only choice of platform (for a variety of reasons I won't bring up in this post), and they didn't even have to do that. But they did anyway, barebones port or not. If some bootlicking is in order, I'm fine with that.

I'm a gamer. I care about the games, not about the quality of their ports (as long as they're playable and at least as good as they were in their consoles of origin), not about the "politics" of console vs PC debates, not about anything else but the games. I just want to play the games I'm interested in, have fun with them, and make sure whoever made them gets money for their efforts. It's so simple; why complicate it?
