No I am serious, the high end cards are over 9 inch long. They do reach into the lower drive-bays and effectively block about 3 or 4 bays. The 460GTX is "only" about 7.50inch which still pretty damn long, but BARELY fits in my case with drives in the drive bays.

My next case is definitely gonna be a tower. I am so sick of being limited to cards with a certain length... like this http://goo.gl/RKPhP (links to a German shop ;p)
