This along with PS2 are the perfect sort of games where you can jump in for a little or long while, do some stuff and have some fun. The art design for the game is fantastic. While I wasn't overly impressed with the Sylvari starting area/homeland the Asura's Ratta Sun blew me away! Very impressive design.
Yeah that's what I liked about it. I felt there was more than enough new stuff to complement the familiar mechanics and I really liked their setting. It's great because there is a very hop in, hop out feel to the gameplay but they still have a lot of complexity under the surface if you want to dig in for longer periods of time. When WoW came out I had a lot more free time and didn't care about 5 hours raids and shit like that. These days time is a far more important currency to me than anything else and I love that I can get good MMO gameplay without feeling like I need to spend eons of time in there. In other MMOs that often comes in a hokey format like daily quests, Guild Wars 2 eschews that sort of busywork which is my favorite thing about it.
You misquoted me on purpose? Here's my "QUOTE" Got an argument against what I'm saying, I'm all ears!
Uh no, it was just a different part of your post. You said the thing about bozos after the text about that specific user and have since alluded that people have to "make themselves try hard to want the game" amongst other things. As for arguing, you don't really say anything of substance or get specific about your issues with the game so it's hard to argue with vague rants.
