It does seem to totally contradict their argument of a consistent on-line connection to prevent cheating. It has now become: Well, we can't stop you from cheating, but we can make you buy multiple full price copies of the game.
I was guessing I would eventually cave and buy this game, but it seems the chances of that are getting less and less at an amazing rate... |

All the reviewers that reviewed Blizzard's latest game highly, ought to be ashamed.
The game that supposedly gets more fun and gives you longevity after you "replay the same game" on different difficulties, and of course the difficulties must be unlocked.
Fun and longevity increases from replaying the same game, what an amazing concept these Blizzardians think of and spread to us meager gamers.
I'm surprised no Blizzard fans are printing Blizzard Bibles yet...the commandments have surely been given and believed.

Just crazy. This isn't the same Blizzard anymore, numerous examples of them treating their customers as poorly as bots.
Pretty soon they will be supervising your loot drops directly and telling you which items are ok to keep. Sorry johnny, you aren't allowed to do boss runs for items anymore, back to the Starter edition for 72 hours! |

| Surely they should just limit the auction houses, rather than the game itself? I know that I got further than both the Skeleton King and the Level 13 cap within the first 72hrs. |

I expected and was prepared for the technical issue with always online stuff, but I didn't expect how shallow and unbalanced the actual game is.
There were also just too many stupid glitches like chapter-skipping, proxy farming with quest NPC, AH timer reset with local computer clock, and "armor" barrier. Sure, they fixed them eventually, but the fact that they were present in the first place is not acceptable for a game with such a long test period and so much budget.
On top of that things like this happens...

In the future you'll need supervised visits where they bring your game to you to play it for a few hours. Should only cost a couple hundred a month to get 2-3 supervised visits for the month.
If you complain.......to court you go to prove that you are a fit player able to take care of your game in accordance with the 300 page EULA. This will often involve reciting it word for word before the court to show that you have read it. And may involve implants in your cortex to make sure what you are doing is truly allowed. Plus suppression of your libido and basal desires to keep you from acting on impulse.
I guess we can hope for attractive supervisors? |

Initial thought: Lol at this method. second thought: seriously? third thought: glad I wouldn't play it anyways but just a silly idea fourth thought: so maybe their customers should be able to pay in 3 parts instead of all upfront to play a demo for 3 days. fifth thought: future email that'll be coming. hey look pandaland is coming soon! resub to your WoW account to get early beta access. |

Hands down, this will be my most regrettable game purchase for the year. Perhaps its time to hang up WoW as well, with the so far lame looking pandaland expansion. |

Are they seriously just saying that they sell a restricted demo version for full price that only unlocks after 3 full days? Holy fuck, Blizzard just went apeshit insane.
Apparently Blizzard really is ActiPwned, nothing left, just a corporate asshatter-hatchery that will ruin the game to boost their stupid RMT AH. Blizzard is dead as a company. |
