I never played PS1.
The game is very open world. 3 continents at launch (with 2 more planned in the first year) with 2000 or so people able to fight on each continent. They kept people at e3 and in sneak peaks contained to one finished area so they could find each other to fight. As the continents are something like 600 square miles of open land and facilities.
And I could have sworn I sent this vid to Blue the week it came out but it never showed up on the main page. |

Props go out to Clan =C22= - of which I and several other Bluesers are now members - for this vid, which I don't know how everyone missed something this good. So anyone else that's going to be down with the sickness that is PS2 come join up. It's going to be a hoot! I wish the beta would hurry the eff up already.

| Looks fantastic, I love night based gameplay. One of my biggest disappointments in BF3 was little play Tehran Highway sees now that they nerfed night vision. |
