Ditto. It's funny how I am in Verizon areas with supported cities, but FIOS and DSL aren't available in my neighboorhood. [sighs]

Verizon might be better with customer service but I believe Verizon is worse when it comes to the Internet-killing bills in Congress they've been supporting.
