That's a misrepresentation. Knowing the facts of America's history, both the good and the bad, does not lead to a singular conclusion. There will be varied interpretations of the same set of facts given the prism through which they are viewed. That's as true with the "blame America first" crowd as it is with the "America, fuck Yeah!!" crowd. Right wingers definitley don't have a corner on the market when it comes to spin and rhetoric by any stretch of the imagination.
