People need to stop being all sandy vag. And you need to stop bending over and taking it up the arse from AAA game companies like a little prison bitch.
They'll keep doing dodgy shit if you keep buying their games. |

Probably the only one's Blizzard will listen to.
That's what it takes with a company of that financial magnitude that thinks it can step all over people. Even though some people wanted to be stepped on but eventually they changed their minds, good for them. Damage was done though, expect more always online SP games due to people getting a game that they ended up getting bored of in a very short time. |

Not communist, not dictators---OMG a democracy that actually helps the consumer. U.S. could actually learn a thing or two. I blame home schooling! |

Wish more countries would do this regulation against publishers who abuse customers, maybe the gaming industry would be a lot better and the fanbois would be a lot less. ... It's just like the US in terms of government(maybe worse considering the daewoo dynasty bs), except that the regulatory agencies have serious bite, and can commit raids and levy serious fines against companies. You think industry in the US doing all the crap they can in the US is bad? Try S.Korea. |

You go live there and then tell me if what they are doing is a good idea.....this is a ridiculous response by Korean officials. How is this a ridiculous response? They went to Blizzard's offices, got the proof that they mishandled the launch, something which is against Korean Law, you see they there believe in getting everything that was advertised when you pay for a good or service, and now will force Blizzard to provide refunds against people who have legitimate complaints.
How is this a ridiculous response in any sense? This is what should be happening more around the world to be honest. |

Hope this happens more often, publishers do need this consumer regulation imposed by governments since they are getting out of hand in customer abuse. |

LoL, I doubt people have even heard of Diablo in Noth Korea and somehow if they have Im pretty sure that they dont give a flying fuck. They have their own IRL Diablo that is much scarier than our feminized iteration of the Lord of Terror.
As for South Korea, raid sounds much cooler than. "Erm we rang their doorbell and presented them with a court order to refund unsatisfied gamers".
Gaming is big in S. Korea, and big = politics. |

| "Raid" is such a sensationalist term for what is a pretty routine legal action. It's not really a "Raid" unless property is destroyed and /or people are beaten or shot. Maybe in North Korea... |

| Interesting, I'm going to have to see if I can get my BiL to give me a scan/translation of their license contract. I know in the NA version it says that you can get a refund within 30 days. |
