how is a planned but not committed crime a crime? You can only be punished for crime, not for the intention of one.
This is what baffles me about those kind of digital honey-pot operations by police. So a clear cut would-be pervert is making contact yet no crime actually happens to be committed. How is that "catching" anyone. The real perverts are not stupid enough to use craigslist. |
