Someone has apparently reminded Activision that there's a PC edition of
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, as
Shacknews reports there are plans to release the first "Content Collection" of DLC for the neglected Windows edition of the military shooter sequel on May 8th. They say this will provide four multiplayer maps and two Spec Ops missions, with some of the content being from the Call of Duty Elite subscriptions on consoles. The source of this tidbit is not provided.

I thought MW3 had dedicated servers on PC. They were just unranked or some such.
The whole CoD series has turned craptacular for me since MW2. I really couldn't care less what they do with the series now. The original MW was pretty much the peak for me. If Activision thinks MW3 is worth $60, let alone paying for DLC, they're high. |
