Also showed that Starbreeze should never again be let near any IP - because they apparently still think that bad sales for Syndicate were due to economic reasons.. and not because the game was utter over-bloomed narrow-fov and terrible-weapon-physics' shit.

A co-op jail break game set in various prisons. I recently played The Chronicles of Riddick: Butcher Bay for the first time and pretty much enjoyed it; not a bad game at all. And to think it was released within a few months after Doom3….IMO Butcher Bay was a much better game: enjoyable story, action, adventure, etc. And, if you want to talk graphics, well the graphics were on par with Doom 3, if not better in some aspects. It's a shame, as I get the feeling a lot of people, myself included, couldn't see past the hype of Doom 3, and missed out on a really good game for its time. I typically don’t give too much credence to movie-games, but this one worked for me…… |

Creston LOL! You may be onto something there; it could be in the next Indie bundle....

where CEO Mikael Nermark spoke of the company's goal of owning its own IP. Haven't Syndicate showed that IP isn't enough? |

"It's just like the original!" crowed CEO Mikael Nermark.

Hmm.. stock in a game development company? Would be lucrative in this case if Syndicate wasn't such a bomb.. |
