The combat is incredibly boring to me. Yes you can (spoiler if you haven't finished first level): just touch the heal crystal on every map, it also revives any dead party members
If you hate the combat portion, play it on easy mode, then combat is much easier.

Just got down on level ten, myself. I was down on level nine when I found out I needed two rocks for something, and of course I only had one rock on me... which led to me having to run back to level two to find another rock... but it's all good. I'm fairly sure for most areas (like pressure plates or if you have to throw something), you don't have to use a rock, but you can use a torch or a range of other objects. Maybe that was a particular puzzle though, in which case thanks for the tip, I'll make sure I have 2 rocks before lvl 9  |
