Reddit builds the case that a tank design for
Command & Conquer Tiberium Alliances appears quite similar to a Games Workshop-designed tank from the
Warhammer 40K series. Games Workshop is known for fiercely defending its intellectual property rights, so there is rampant speculation that if this claim turns out to be valid, legal action is likely to follow. Thanks

But that one tank seems to me to me fairly obviously infringing. What well probably happen here will be that the companies will reach an agreement and the tank designs will be changed. |
