EA: Tanks for the Warhammer 40K Inspiration?

This image from Reddit builds the case that a tank design for Command & Conquer Tiberium Alliances appears quite similar to a Games Workshop-designed tank from the Warhammer 40K series. Games Workshop is known for fiercely defending its intellectual property rights, so there is rampant speculation that if this claim turns out to be valid, legal action is likely to follow. I don't think people are using the term chassis in the way it is meant to be applied. The chassis is the main component to the tank and has been so for the past ~hundred years and retained the same general appearance for just as long.

However, the components which sit on the chassis have variances which date back as long as the chassis and offer distinguishing features to identify it up close and from distance. The turret, main gun and overall dimensions give quite a bit of wiggle room in reality let alone in a fantasy world where design flies out the window.

These are nothing but direct ripoffs and, regardless of my stand on GW, they have every right to protect their brand.
