Out of the Blue

We had a great time over the weekend, getting to see loads of friends and family at two different gatherings. The new man-stove's debut was glorious, and its performance in the key areas I was hoping to improve upon from my old grill was outstanding: In terms of capacity, I was easily able to manage six hamburgers and eight chicken breasts all at once, and in terms of temperature, it handled being pushed to the 800 °F range to sear the burgers without a hitch. Just awesome.

800? Nice! Dude, you have got to get yourself a Fred Flinstone sized grass-fed Porterhouse and slap it on that grill.

I hope all you grillers are oiling your meat first and not just the grill! Oiled meat is one of the major keys to good grilling. Lol! That sounds naughty doesn't it?
