Guesstimate - 3,000 X $1000= $3 million.
Well...there is a bigger problem here...the fact that a vehicle parked in public and was approached was considered "tresspassing". The vehicle is outside of the curtledge, which is anything outside of your house walls.....
It makes really serious implications and oversteps the boundries of "privacy". Historically the courts have ruled you only have a right to privacy within the confines of your own home with shades pulled.....now that is blown out of the water and could cause some serious legal problems. |
