Yeah I don't think it's a malicious thing, as Prez says it's just people minding their own business.
Where I'm from I tend to ignore what's going on around me as much as possible, a glance in the wrong direction can attract attention and bad news.. Keeping your head down and staying on the move is a simple way to stay out of trouble in many modern cities. Street smarts :\ |
