I could have sworn they'd already failed and pulled out of China, too. Maybe that was their German competitor and now they're the only game in town. Big retailers have struggled mightily in China, though.

I feel bad for Best Buy in some ways because I do sympathize with their plight of people who use them as a showroom then buy online. On the other hand they used to staff knowledgeable folk with a variety of interests instead of hiring teenage eye candy to sell cell phone contracts.

I love how Best Buy tells their employees that offshoring jobs is a good thing. Its only a good thing for the guy at the top.
