The company may have fallen from it's once great status. Those are the guys that also got it there in the first place. I have huge respect for them for not folding up, selling off everything and walking away with what was left over. Instead they have been trying to rebuild the company from basically nothing, and Bethesda has been trying to bully them and force them to waste money on frivolous lawsuits.

Bethesda may get lots of respect from the masses, but I've never really been a fan of their games, so I can look at this in a more objective light. Bethesda was trying to steal back the Fallout MMO rights by being a bully and I'm just not cool with that. Any other company should think twice about getting into any sort of deal with them if this is the kind of business they run.
