New EA/BioWare/LucasArts TM

A new trademark filing by Electronic Arts for Paper, Scissors, Stone is noted on GameSpot, where they say the filing covers a computer game with a science fiction-theme and an "M" rating, and lists BioWare and LucasArts as its developer. No further details are offered, so it's not clear if this relates to EA's recent acquisition of KickNation to bolster BioWare's social gaming division, BioWare's planned VGA announcement, or something else.

I'd like a new Knights of the Old Republic. Like the single-player RPG, not the upcoming MMO. I'm not even a Star Wars fan and I still dug that enough to look into said MMO.

Yeah but its rated M. None of those are adult themed enough to get an M rating I don't think.

An M rated rock paper scissors game is hard to imagine.

Consoles? I owned two: a Pong clone and an Atari 2600. And that's it.

Just at the same time they are doing a Starship Troopers remake. Coincidence? I doubt it.

Could it be for the update/DLC/Expansion that adds companions with same-sex romance options in TOR?

I don't think you can file a trademark on a layman phrase. Even paper, scissors, stone might be pushing.

Is that a common term though? Like John said, I've neve heard anyone ever say anything but Rock, Paper, Scissors. Well, untill The Big Bang Theory and now it's Rock, Paper, Scissors, Spock.

Bah, this bothers my OCD. I can't stand when things are backwards or out of order. Jelly and peanut butter, chains and whips, jerry and tom, clyde and bonnie, yang and yin, gravy and bisquits, kaboodle and kit, cream and cookies, juliet and romeo, dale and chip, pepper and salt, etc, etc.

It's Rock, Paper, Scissors you jerkoffs.
