Skyrim Nexus offers a new way to make The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Large Address Aware, allowing systems to make use of an entire 4GB virtual memory address space when playing Bethesda's RPG sequel. Word is: "Skyrim4GB additionally hooks and replaces the Windows GetTickCount() function that may improve stuttering."
