Rock, Paper, Shotgun has word from Ubisoft that the Windows PC edition of Assassin's Creed Revelations will not suffer with Ubi's "always-on" DRM, which requires an ongoing connection to the internet to play. This is welcome news that hopefully signals a shift away from this widely despised scheme.
